Years of Experience
 15 years of track history in sales of technical products or engineering solutions in an industrial
company.
 Managerial experience to lead a team of 8 area sales managers and sales engineers.
 Exposure to international markets with achievements in opening new markets.
Technical knowledge:
 Computer literate with a very good knowledge of the following applications: AutoCAD, Microsoft
Office, CRM software.
 Mastering Arabic and English

 Strategic Thinking: Translate the vision into concrete executable objectives.
 Goal setting: Set SMART goals for the team members and department in relation with the
company’s strategy.

Tasks & Responsibilities Strategy for growth:
 Evaluate profitability (specifically territory and travel expenses) of each area and set sales targets
for each one in line with the company strategy.
 Make sure the territories are fully covered by the sales team in order to increase the pipeline and
secure the orders.
 Make sure all leads are being handled within 48 hours.
Sales Targets:
 Review the pipeline, analyze the opportunities with the team and coach them on actions.
 Set the sales strategy for important opportunities in order to ensure inquiries are well followed.
 Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals with customers and partners.
 Submit periodic reports and results to the Business development Manager.
Offer preparation and execution:
 Set priorities for offers’ preparation in case of bottle necks and confirm deadlines.
 Discuss the vision and the strategy for the important offers and strategic customers with the
Business development manager, Head of Sales Support and operations’ departments when
needed.
 Review and approve the offers prepared by the Sales Support department before sending them to
the customers.
 Approve discounts and margins which are
 Ensure proper delivery of the file in the kick off meetings.
 Participate in closing the loop meeting and set the improvements plan needed for future
projects.
Stay close to customers:
 Nurture the relation with top management of all customers socially and professionally.
 Contact customers after any major claim in order to ensure their satisfaction.
 Monitor projects’ execution and contact customers when needed to address their concerns.
 Ensure high customer satisfaction and high referrals by being proactive and visible at every
opportunity (PO won, PO lost, claims, special occasions, NPS, CSQ).
Multinational accounts:
 Draw map for multinational accounts and ensure that the team connects with each.
 Connect with the Head offices of multinationals to create global approval and market.
OEMs and Partners relations:
 Define, evaluate and select partners who create synergy with Technica.
 Ensure that agreements are signed and maintain the relations with them.
 Create strategic alliances with OEMs in order to grow the market.
Managerial activities:
 Set the department plan based on the company strategy, monitor execution and evaluate the
results through monthly operational department meetings and make the necessary adjustments in
order to ensure department productivity improvement and efficiency.
 Set the process upon company context and standards and ensure proper implementation and
continuous improvement. Handle all ideas and comments received in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and improve process performance by calculating, analyzing measures and taking required actions.
 Set the yearly budget for the department based on initiatives and department activities, monitor
expenses and take needed actions in order to ensure added value to the work process and ROI.
 Manage the department resources by having the right employee in the right position with the
right development plan in order to improve the department productivity and ensure a healthy
work environment.
