Tasks & Responsibilities Executive Support:
 Handle a variety of administrative tasks for the GM including: managing an extremely active
calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, following up on travel reports and action plans until completion and maintaining a good filing system.
 Arrange corporate events related to the GM, taking place outside of the work place: ABA
meeting, conferences, seminars… Prepare documents, reports and presentations needed for
external communication.
 Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the GM, including those of
a sensitive and confidential nature. Determine the appropriate course of action, referral or response.
 Manage a variety of specific projects, from conception to completion, some of which may
have organizational impact and often with deadline pressure, execute high-priority deliverables for the GM, track deadlines and ensure all parties are aware of due dates.
 Monitor the Customer satisfaction in order to advise the GM of any action needed.
Board Support:
 Prepare agendas for meetings of the board, take minutes of meeting and follow up with concerned
until completion. Partners/OEMs /Multinationals
 Support the cultivation of ongoing relationships made by the GM through continuous follow up on
correspondence and actions needed.
Legal matters:
 Manage the legal file of the company: selecting lawyer, following up all issues related to the
corporate entity (Lawsuits with our customers, partners…)
– not related to employees.
