Pharmacy Sales Representatives
Fulfill job role by being fully in the market, visiting clients regularly, attend to client premises & know each client to bond with, build & maintain business partnership.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Contribute in building client database portfolio, provide market intelligence & research reports about competitor’s sales & marketing activities.
Handle main key accounts requests related to products, complaints, problem solving, order setting & delivery and have active follow up.
Achieve collection targets by managing effectively his customers’ aging.
Analyze the territory potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Maintain company core values & culture in order to achieve a healthy & productive work by the team; positive environment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures & code of conduct.
Maintain good command of software applications and tools required.
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or marketing.
Sales process knowledge.
Excellent Customer service with high listening and persuasive skills.
Communication skills, oral and written.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Time management skills.
MS experience particularly in MS Excel.
Have methodical and analytical sense.
