Procurement Manager -Jordan ( INGO’s- NGO’s experience )- Amman
•Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and stock and inventory management.
•Oversees the preparation of solicitation documents according to applicable procurement rules.
•Reviews and evaluates solicitations and conformed agreements for technical sufficiency.
•Ensures that products and services are acquired at lowest possible cost while still meeting the minimum quality requirements.
•Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management and performance measurement.
•Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to JRF.
•Develops process improvements in supply chain and identifies new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
•Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
