Job Description:
Review documents submitted by buyers for prospective vendors to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Organize documents submitted by vendors at time of Purchase Order submission or delivery of goods.
Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Update Purchase Orders with current delivery information.
Monitor and manage the vendor relationship and performance in response to PO fulfillment.
Develop relationships with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality concerns and obtain documents.
Routine purchase order review and follow-up, and expediting of orders.
Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies.
Assist Purchasing Manager with projects as needed.
Must have good know ledge about Saudi Custom Clearance.
Manage strategic RFQ.
Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business administration preferably in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience required for same role.
Must have good knowledge about Saudi Custom clearance.
Excellent English communication skills.
