Tasks & Responsibilities

 -Researching Carry out detailed research and create design briefs for COO approval

 -Complete the designs by coordinating with the printing company and control the process: Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

 -Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

 -Think creatively o Come up with innovative concepts, possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visualability and originality; develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts).

 -Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

 -Writing, updating and maintaining content for websites.

o Manage website design and content planning

o Conceptualize, design, plan and develop online applications and websites

 Manage all our Social Media’s account so Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities

o Oversee social media accounts’design (Facebook timeline cover,profile pictures etc.)

o Create a regular publishing schedule

o Create original text, Videos etc.

o Manage posts and respond to followers.

 -Responsible for collaborating with COO to create marketing / ad campaigns

o Managing, designing and producing marketing campaigns from brief to fulfillment and present to COO for comments/approval.

o Developing and executing specific digital and social integrated marketing campaigns.

o Preparing designs/layouts for digital or print publication.

 -Managing and designing annual and seasonal advertisements (Magazines, Bill board etc)

-Managing and designing seasonal corporateMagazine.

 -Retouching Magazine recipes.

 -Designing brochures, catalogues, pamphlets, giftcards, flyers etc.

 -Designing indoor and outdoor exhibitions

 -Coordinates & follow up on all photo sessions.

 -Maintain archive of images, photos or previous work products (Maintain records, documents or other files).
